24/8, 21:00-22:00

Ticket: Free

By the banks of the Odense River, where the washerwomen once met – including Hans Christian Andersen’s mother – Polish artists have created a stage inspired by time, mechanisation and the magic of technology and things.
From their steampunk universe, they take the audience on a journey through time, space and imagination – a journey we all subconsciously undertake each day as we go about our daily lives and seek to understand the meaning of existence. A journey that constantly changes us as humans, and which causes us to take pause and really consider each other.
The stage is a mix of past and future, retro and science fiction, a style called steampunk. There is physical theatre, mime, dance, elements of new circus and live music. An outstanding experience in this historic setting.
